Odeon 825 WDG
A contact fungicide with protective action for the control of diseases on coffee, ornamentals, vegetables, fruits, vine and cereals
General Info
Odeon 825 WDG is a water dispersal fungicide that is preventive and belongs to the chloronitrile group. It is a non-systemic broad spectrum foliar fungicide with protective action for the control of a wide range of fungal diseases on coffee, ornamentals, vegetables, fruits, vine and cereals, for example, late blight on potatoes, coffee berry disease on coffee, downy mildew and botrytis on roses and early blight on tomatoes.

Application Advice
Application Rates
Use 0.5-2 kg/ha depending on the disease and crop.
Application Timing
Apply 2 weeks before the onset of rains. Repeat every 21-28 days. Apply 6 sprays during long rains and 2 sprays during short rains.
Resistance Management
To prevent risk of developing pest resistance, it is recommended that Odeon 825 WDG be alternated with products of different modes of action.
Preparation of Spray Mixture
Half fill the tank with water. Add the required amount of Odeon 825 WDG and water in a separate container and mix well until the mixture is thoroughly uniform. Add the mixture to the tank and add water to the required amount as the agitator is running.
Safety
Pre-harvest interval:
- Coffee - 7 days
- Tomatoes, potatoes, cucurbits - 3 days
Re-entry interval for roses: 4-6 hrs./when the spray dries.
Hazards/Precautions
Wear protective clothing: overalls, footwear, gloves, and face shield when preparing and using the product. Do not eat,drink or smoke while using it. Avoid inhaling spray mist, contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Do not apply upwind and stay out of the spray mist.
After Work
Wash hands before breaks and at the end of work. Change clothes and wash hands and face with soap and water thoroughly. Wash the spraying equipment and any contaminated clothing carefully. Storage Keep out of reach of children. Store in tightly closed original container in a cool dry and well ventilated place, under lock and key so that unauthorized persons do not have access. Keep away from food, drinks and animal feeds. Keep away from sunlight, excessive heat and open flame.
Disposal
Tripple rinse the pouch and puncture or perforate it. Dispose off in a landfill site approved for pesticides or burry away from water resources in accordance with national legislation or return to stockist/distributor. The rinsate should be disposed off away from surface water o avoid contamination. Do not re-use the empty container for any other purpose.
Pesticide Leakage and Spillage
In event of heavy spillage, collect the contaminated soil layer and bury in an authorized place away from water supplies. Soaking in sand, soil or sawdust may collect small spillage. Contaminated absorbent material must be stored in marked waste bins prior to disposal in authorized landfill site. The pesticide store must be decontaminated by washing with a lot of water.
Wildlife and Environmental Protection
Odeon 825 WDG is toxic to fish and other aquatic organisms. Do not contaminate streams, rivers or waterways with the chemical, rinsate or used packs.
FIRST AID INSTRUCTIONS
If inhaled: Move the patient to fresh air. If the subject is not breathing, give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth and seek medical advice.
If in contact with skin: Take off clothing; wash the skin immediately with plenty of water and soap. Seek medical advice.
If in contact with eye: Hold the eye open and rinse thoroughly with running water for 15 minutes. Seek medical advice.
If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Wash out mouth with plenty of water. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Seek medical advice immediately.
