ADAMA Ltd.

Hengde Qin - Chairman
Mr. Qin is the CFO of the Syngenta Group and has been appointed Chairman of the Board of ADAMA Ltd. as of December 2023. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Syngenta Group, and before that was the President of Syngenta Group China. Mr. Qin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the East China Engineering Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from the China Europe International Business School.

Erik Fyrwald
Mr. Fyrwald, the former CEO of the Syngenta Group (replaced by Jeff Rowe effective January 1, 2024), serves as a member of the board of directors of ADAMA Ltd., Syngenta, CropLife International, Eli Lilly, and the UN World Food Program Farm to Market Initiative. He is also Chairman of the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and completed the advanced management program at Harvard Business School.

An Liru
Mr. An is Senior Vice President, China Cluster, of the combined company. Prior to his current role, he served as the secretary of the CPC and chairman of CNAC (China National Agrochemical Corporation), and has led the HH and Anpon entities, which are part of the ChemChina group. Mr An holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry, all from Nanjing University.

Mr. Ge Ming
Mr. Ge Ming currently serves as an independent director on the boards of China Pingan Group, Focus Media and AsiaInfo. He currently also serves on the supervisory boards of the Bank of Shanghai, Bank of Suzhou, Tencent Foundation, and serves as the general manager and executive director of Beijing Huaming Fulong Accounting Consulting Co., Ltd. Mr. Ge Ming previously served as the chairman and chief accountant of Ernst & Young Hua Ming Certified Public Accountants Firm, and as the managing partner, chief accountant and senior advisor of Ernst & Young Hua Ming Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership). Mr Ming holds a master’s degree in western accounting from the Research Institute of Fiscal Science attached to Ministry of Finance of the PRC. He is a certified Chinese public accountant and an Australian certified public accountant.

Mr. Yang Guangfu
Mr. Yang Guangfu is currently a professor, doctoral supervisor, deputy director of the Academic Committee of the Central China Normal University, director of the National Key Laboratory of Green Pesticide, director of International Joint Research Center for Intelligent Biosensor Technology and Health, and director of the Pesticide Engineering Research Centre of Hubei Province. He holds a PhD degree in pesticide science. He is the recipient of National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, and he is also honored as a leading talent in science and technology innovation of the “Ten Thousand Talents Plan” of the Organization Department of the Central Commitment of the CPC, the Innovation Team Leader of the Ministry of Education, the National Model Teacher and one of the National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Professionals.

ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd.

Steve Hawkins - Chairman
Mr. Hawkins has been appointed Chairman of the Board of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. as of May 2023. Mr. Hawkins is the President and CEO of ADAMA Ltd. and ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. He holds a Diploma in Agriculture and an MBA in Agriculture and Food, both from the Ontario Agricultural College at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada and has a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies from Toronto’s York University.

David George Morgan
Mr. Morgan, appointed as an External Director and the Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee in March 2024, is a Director of the Royal Agricultural University and the former CEO of Epigenetica Limited as well as President & CEO at Pebble Labs Inc. and later as its Strategic Advisor. Between 2007 to 2017 he was at Syngenta, holding the position of Regional Director for Asia Pacific and thereafter North America, before leading their global vegetable seed business unit. Mr. Morgan holds both a Master's and Bachelor’s degree in agriculture & forestry sciences from Oxford University.

Ron Hyman
Mr. Hyman, appointed as an External Director and the Chairman of the Company’s Financial Statements Review Committee and the Audit Committee in March 2024, is the founder and CEO of RH Holdings Limited and was previously the CO-CFO of Internet Research Institute Limited. He serves an external director for various traded entities in the fields of health, solar and real estate. Mr Hyman is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Jiahong Wu
Ms. Wu, appointed as an Independent Director in March 2024, was a former Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Company Limited. Ms. Wu holds an M.B.A from Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree of International Business from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
