Sharon Stein

Sharon joined ADAMA 18 years ago and has held various roles in Supply Chain and Operations during those years. As the Customer Service Manager of ADAMA Curacao, she is overseeing our sales / purchase order processes & logistics activities, managing a team of five dedicated Customer Service Coordinators. She brings extensive expertise in cross border logistic transactions of agrochemicals. 

Her main objective is to ensure that the team provides the highest level of customer service possible by listening to the customers and fulfilling their needs. She has a strong impact on our repeated high customer service ratings and takes pride in solving problems for our customers, accomplishing the ADAMA promise Listen > Learn > Deliver.

Sharon studied Information Technology at the University of Curacao but was quickly drawn into the world of supply chain, logistics and customer service after joining ADAMA in 2005.
