Joost van Grinsven

Joost joined ADAMA in 2002, bringing with him extensive experience and a proven track record in building an efficient and effective global supply hub organization, successful integration of IP acquisitions and implementation of novel business models.  

As CEO of ADAMA Curacao, Joost is end-responsible for the global trading and manufacturing activities of the company overseeing Customer Service, Planning & Supply and Finance teams. 

Prior to his current role, Joost served as CFO of ADAMA Curacao having made a profound impact on the organization’s success and development. 

He is driven by the beliefs that delivering on the ADAMA promise Listen > Learn > Deliver, bringing its values to life, and nurturing the organization’s culture, are the keys to successfully earning the trust of our global stakeholders and local employees. 

Joost holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands, a BS degree in Business Economics from Rotterdam University of Applied Science and a CTP certification from the American Association of Finance Professionals.
